You have to know what you can pay each employee, what are the obligations and demands that the meet, but our education and assertiveness, behaviors that indicate security in our leadership and confidence in the skills of others.

Both decision making and work organization are based on the power to delegate. This is not work or give more responsibility to subordinates, but better, so all we focus on what is valuable to the company. Our experience in the Digital Workshop, thanks to the many technological services that this company can offer, we have demonstrated the effectiveness of work through job rotation.
