What is coaching?

The word coaching comes from coach or coach, coaching is a personal development technique in which different skills are sought that each of us but we do not know that there are, learning about ourselves and improve our performance.

This technique not only serves as the executive in professional life also affects his personal life, but the real responsibility in the process is the person to which this "training" because the coach is only a guide, but not can make decisions for him, for the process to be result must be fully convinced as we are accustomed to doing things the same way and here we discover that more than one way.
